Individually designed bedrooms and the relax spa makes Charlton House an inviting space for guests and the ideal backdrop and setting for a traditional wedding or civil partnership.

Charlton House provides the ideal country house setting for weddings and is recognised as one of the finest wedding venues in England. We can accommodate up to 120 guests for a wedding ceremony and wedding breakfast.

We understand that this is one of the most important days of your life. We want you to have what you want. We pride ourselves at Charlton House to provide a bespoke and intimate wedding or civil partnership.  Each wedding celebrated at Charlton House is individually tailored to the Bride and Grooms Specifications.

We have four fully licensed rooms for your wedding or civil partnership ceremony, each one an idyllic, romantic sanctuary.

The service is seamless, friendly and … as the celebrations naturally flow. We provide menus for you in which you are able to customise and create as you wish. They are seasonal to ensure you get the best quality and locally sourced produce wherever possible. We can provide suggestions for beverages for every part of the day to suit. Wine tastings can be arranged, if you prefer to supply your own corkage charges will apply.

Exclusive Use

For that extra special touch for and intimate takeover of the hotel.  Charlton House provides that extra bit of privacy and flexibility for your celebrations for the ultimate wedding.

You get total privacy of the main hotel, with the restaurant, drawing room areas and our individually designed bedrooms. The cost of Exclusive Use of the hotel is based on the intended day of arrival from 2pm until 11am the following morning.

Enjoy our Country retreat for your private use whether you are looking for a intimate relaxed atmosphere or a sophisticated house party.

The hotel’s intimate size means you and your guests will enjoy exclusive use of its facilities for at least one night. So, everyone can relax, enjoying the personal attention of staff who aim to please.
