For Kasserina, there's no sadder thing than a cake that promises so much and fails to deliver.  That's why creating a centrepiece to your wedding that wows again and again is so important.  

My passion is using naturally sourced, top quality ingredients (not chemical additives) so the lemon cake is made with real lemons, the chocolate frosting is made with real chocolate, the vanilla frosting is made with real, fully matured, vanilla bean and there is no nasty chemical aftertaste with our cakes.  Everything is made from scratch and made fresh to order.
